1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with MV Styles Interior Furniture, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms apply to the entire website and to any email or other communication between you and MV Styles.

2. About our products

MV Styles is an importer and retailer of furniture, lighting and décor. We do not manufacture the products sold on this website. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product colours may vary slightly from the images shown, due to screen settings and photography lighting.
All furniture dimensions are approximate.
Product specifications may change based on manufacturer updates and without notice.
Images are for illustration purposes only.
Custom-made, made-to-order or specially requested items may require additional lead time.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received before delivery, except where Payment on Delivery is offered on eligible orders.
We accept bank transfer and card payment (via Paystack), and cash or POS on delivery where applicable.
Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only.

4. Orders & confirmation

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation does not by itself constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Order cancellations are handled under our Order Cancellation Policy. In summary: orders may be cancelled before processing, packaging or dispatch begins; custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once procurement or fulfilment has commenced, and any deposit may be non-refundable; orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

5. Delivery

Delivery timing and charges are not fixed. They depend on your location, the items ordered and our logistics partners' rates, and are confirmed with you before your order is processed. Payment on Delivery is available within Lagos on eligible orders and selected products. Full details are on our Shipping & delivery page.

You (or an authorised person) must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours.

6. Warranty

Eligible furniture products carry a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship supplied by the original manufacturer. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery. Warranty claims are assessed case by case. 7. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted only for a wrong item, transit damage, or a manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-made and assembled items are not returnable. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of MV Styles Interior Furniture or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of liability

MV Styles Interior Furniture shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
